Black Out was a collection of strips by Alfie Gallagher, published in Belfast in 2000, which never made it past the first issue. The first piece, "Spaceman", dealt with a bicycle courier caught up in a deadly espionage plot. The second, "The Devil & Captain Dynamo", featured a Wheatley-esque tale of black magic, which first appeared in The Dark . The third, "Carnival", was a wordless piece about a fugitive criminal seemingly trapped in a sinister carnival. It was A4, 20 pages including cover, and cost £1.50.
