In the near future, Marc Kolnikov is a televised bounty hunter, working for Hi-Tone Broadcasting, one of the network conglomerates that rule the planet. Lured by the promise of fame, and shackled by debt, he's followed everywhere by cameras. Now, things are getting weird - somebody's tampered with his goggles and he wants answers...
