Dermot Poyntz, 2010
Dermot Poyntz, from County Tipperary, is the writer of the historical graphic novels Curse of Cromwell: The Siege (2010), War of the Two Kings (2011) and Plight of the Wild Geese (2011), drawn by Lee Grace and published by Moccu Press.
He holds a BA in History and English and an MA in Literature and Publishing from NUI Galway. His writing has been published in the Irish Defence Force magazine An Cosantóir and newspapers like The Kilkenny People.
