Gar Shandley is the creator of Fugger and All Rise. He has worked with Cathal Duggan on the short film The Dog Has Worms, the comic strip "The Living Proton" (written by Gar, drawn by Cathal) in the 2008 anthology Sorry I can't take your call right now but I'm off saving the world, and Superhero Showcase, a superhero satire published by the spoof publisher Windell Comics in 2009.
