Space 1949 is a forthcoming alternate-history science fiction comic written by Bob Curran and drawn by Adrian Lutton. It's set in a universe where man landed on the moon at the end of the 19th century, and by 1949 bases have been established on the moon and Mars. The first storyline, "The Petrified Man", involves a mysterious spaceship drifting in lunar orbit, which is somehow connected to strange happenings on an island off the west coast of Ireland.
