Trouble Magnet is a 4-issue miniseries about a robot called Witlock who is trying to recover his stolen memory bank, written by Ryder T. Windham, drawn by Kilian Plunkett and published by DC Comics in 2000. A creator-owned book, it came about when DC editor Dan Thorsland approached Plunkett to create a robot series, and Plunkett suggested Windham, with whom he had worked on Aliens and Star Wars for Dark Horse Comics, as writer. Windham describes it as "a mystery thriller disguised as a science fiction slug fest".
